Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, as we ship from our regional warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
What is the warranty policy on Fiido products?
We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all major components, including the motor, battery, and frame. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include standard wear and tear from sports use.
Can I return my e-bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large sports equipment like e-bikes are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Are Fiido e-bikes waterproof for all-weather riding?
Fiido e-bikes have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or storing them outdoors in heavy downpours.
